July 2007, the 15th: It's a long long time I didn't update the english version of my website. I just wrote a review of HARRINGTON On Hold'em Volume I: Strategic Play ., which is the best poker book I have ever read. If you don't have it, rush to the review and buy the book. It's absolutely brilliant!

January 2007, the 2d: New strategy article: When should you move up? Estimate your skill. Manage your bankroll.. It tells small stakes players which state of mind they should already adopt: how can i know if i'm a long run winner? Am i good enough to play higher stakes? What's the minimum bankroll requirement to play these stakes? And a lot more!

November 2006, the 13rd: As the number of offers that we've been able to obtain from the poker rooms was increasing, a special section has been dedicated to them to ease the choice of your poker room. Summary of bonuses/offers negociated from the major poker rooms.. You can share the info with as many friends you like: the more we are, the easier to get bigger bonuses from the poker rooms!

October 2006, the 23rd: Review of a book No-Limit Texas Hold'em by Brad DAUGHERTY and Tom McEVOY. Written by two WSOP main event champions, this book is aimed to beginners and deals mainly with tournaments (the cash game part is very thin).

July 2006, the 30th: Addition of a ROI (Return On Investment) calculator for your tourneys. It will calculate your average return on investment when you play a tournament and will tell you if you have played enough tourneys to be sure that your overall profit necessarily means you are a long run winner. You will see that in fact it takes hundreds of tourneys to have a good idea of what your ROI is. With less tounaments, your profit could really be explained by short run luck. See Tournaments: calculation of your ROI and estimation of its relevance. If you are regular player of SNGs, you won't be able to do without it!

July 2006, the 22nd: Addition of a rubric dedicated to poker books in the Improve your game: strategy articles, books section. David SKLANSKY's "Theory Of Poker", the book that will make you understand how complex and refined is poker, will inaugurate the section.

June 2006, the 27th: I have tested the poker rooms from the iPoker network: Titan, Noble and CdPoker. A very good software and a very aggressive promotional policy make Titan a must try!. Considering the interest of that room, i'm gonna try to obtain from them a freeroll which will be reserved to us. Let me know if you want to play in that freeroll.

April 2006, the 8th: recast of the statistical calculations section . It's still about using the win rate and its standard deviation given by Pokertracker to calculate your risk of ruin, your minimal bankroll requirement and an estimation of your true (=long run) win rate, and so on... Don't be afraid, everything is explained!
